Ally Seganish

Ally is currently pursuing her M.S. in Textile Engineering after receiving her B.S. in Textile Engineering from NC State University with minors in Polymer Science and Materials Science. During this time, she completed research with TPACC on the mechanical properties of firefighter turnout gear, as well as a senior design project on the processing and properties of thermoplastic composite materials. As a master’s student, she hopes to continue exploring her interests in high-performance materials and PPE design through her research with TPACC.
