Bailey Walters

Bailey is an undergraduate student pursuing dual degrees in Polymer and Color Chemistry & General Chemistry with minors in Biological Sciences and Forensic Science. She is from Farmville, NC, and plans to pursue an M.S.in Textile Chemistry after graduation. Bailey has grown up in a family with three generations of firefighters, two of whom are NC State alumni. She joined TPACC to connect with her family’s collegiate legacy and professional sacrifices as first responders. Through her research, she wants to learn how to keep firefighters safe and healthy while making sure they can serve and protect the community. Outside of school, Bailey is a dancer, a tennis player, and an avid reader.
